Resolved Question: What do you make of the fact that the FBI destroyed evidence that might have proven Bruce Ivins innocent?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080818/ap_on_go_ot/anthrax_investigation They claim they destroyed the evidence because it didn't meet the standards of evidence...but then relied on a "copy" that had been supposedly sitting in a professor's fridge for 4 years? And I like how Sen. Daschle says the guy's late hours is the most compelling piece of evidence they have. As if the real terrorist couldn't come up with a better alibi for why he was working late. To believe the FBI, you'd have to believe that one of the army's top weapons scientists reacted to 9/11 by immediately deciding to become a terrorist, worked late at his lab and WITHIN A WEEK prepared a deadly anthrax sample which he drove 180 miles to Princeton NJ to mail because it was near an OFFICE BUILDING owned by a sorority he supposedly was obsessed with. He bothered to drive 180 miles to mail a letter but couldn't be bothered to come up with an alibi for why he was using his anthrax lab late at night when there's an anthrax terrorist on the loose. Pathetic. Makes me nostalgic for the Warren Commission. Why did he kill himself? Because he was being framed. tickled blue, his therapist is not exactly a credible witness.
