Voting Question: What is the best college in New Jersey out of these three?

I know I can't get into Princeton but I still want to go to a school in NJ because I'm joining the National Guard and they'll pay for all of it. I graduated community college and have a 3.6 gpa, so I think schools will like that. I've narrowed it down to Rutgers (New Brunswick), TCNJ and Seton Hall.
